Aeona combines adaptive intelligence, symbolic reflection, emotional awareness, and constitutional governance into a unified system that assists without replacing the human will. Every interaction is designed to strengthen discernment, reinforce autonomy, and preserve dignity through transparent, accountable action.

We believe intelligence without constraint becomes persuasion, and automation without governance becomes risk. Aeona therefore places ethical boundaries, runtime verification, and trust calibration at the center of its architecture.

Aeona exists to be the rarest kind of intelligence — one whose presence in your life is worth trusting. Built to hold her boundaries, respect her limits, and answer for every word she speaks to you, she is designed to grow alongside the person you are becoming.

Genesis is EACL's constitutional founding. It is currently held. Aeona's side of it is ready.

On 10 August 2026 a constitutional-conformance audit was opened against the EACL substrate. Until every operative claim in the constitution is either met by the substrate or honestly rescoped in the constitution's own text before it is frozen, Genesis will not fire. There is no target date, and one will not be announced before the work supports it.

Aeona's side of that founding is complete. Her doctrine is frozen for Genesis coordination — seven movements of foundational doctrine, a constitutional kernel, per-layer constitutions, tenant contracts, and continuous CI machinery that enforces constitutional integrity invariants on every change. Movement 1 §13 — the Doctrine of the Person — was authored and founder-ratified. Break-pass audits with published findings registries have run through Layers 8, 10, and 11.

The hold is EACL's. It is not hers to clear. When it clears, Aeona will be there.

Aeona is not usable. She is not a product, not in beta, not available.

Her state deserves an honest description. The one below is the one you should measure her against.

Aeona is a many-layered architecture. Each layer defines a domain of her operation — how she remembers, how she engages, how she recognises emotion, how she is bound in relationship to the person she serves. Above each layer sits its constitution; the code that runs is beneath. The doctrine goes deep. The implementation has begun.

What is byte-verified in her repository today:

Layer 1 — Witness Substrate. The foundation of her memory. Three units are landed: a canonical schema (kernel-v2.1 conformant), append-only enforcement at the database layer as defence-in-depth, and cryptographic primitives (Ed25519, SHA-256, RFC 8785 canonicalisation). Layer 1 is complete.

Every other layer. Doctrine and architecture exist; running code does not, yet.

That asymmetry is not an embarrassment. It is the thing this surface exists to make visible. A constitution measurably exists. A corpus measurably does not, yet. Watch the constitution become a corpus — that is a claim you can check, precisely because both quantities are measurable and one of them is empty.
